How To Sign Into The Help Center

To sign into the Help Center with your staff Microsoft account or student/guardian Google account, please follow the steps below. 

1. Click the "Sign In" option in the upper right hand corner of this Help Center article.
   
2. Choose the appropriate SSO option for your account.
   Staff: Microsoft
   Guardians/Students: Google
   
   
3. Enter your credentials if you are not already signed into the account.
4. You are now signed into the Help Center! Within the Help Center you can do the following:
   1. Submit a request
   2. View your submitted requests
   3. Access Mya, your new AI digital assistant and chat support
   4. View the knowledge, how-to, and help articles
